& American Express (US verifiable address cards only). Bank wire transfers
are welcomed. Checks, cashier checks, or money orders will
also be accepted. Orders will ship after checks have cleared. No COD's.
Leasing plans may be available. Please call for details.
- ● All items are shipped FOB
(Freight On Board) from point of origin unless specifically noted free
freight.
- ● Internet pricing is applicable
with the above stated terms only.
- ● Our responsibility for damaged
shipments ends when received by UPS or other carrier. We will assist you in
filing a claim for damaged products.
- ● Product returns REQUIRE previous
authorization. Please call for a return authorization (RA) number.
Products returned without an RA number may be refused.
Merchandise returned is subject to a restocking fee and/or repackaging fee. All returns must be within 20 days of invoice date. Special order items
may not be returned.
- ● Cancelled or refused
orders will result in charges for credit card processing
fees, shipping and handling fees, and/or restocking or
repackaging fees at our discretion.
- ● All sales shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona; and
the jurisdiction and venue are agreed proper in Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona.
