The MX-7 Series is the
Next-Generation of our best selling MX-5 Milling Machine
In accordance with our engineering
concept of manufacturing equipment that can be upgraded, we are
pleased to introduce the MX-7 which is our first major upgrade.
We have re-engineered and added a
split arm that enhances the overall fluid movement of the
Motor-Arm i.e., there is one additional pivot point. The jointed
articulated design also significantly assists in the.
- Positioning of the
Motor/Cutting-Tool over the area to be milled.
- Alignment of the arms at an
ideal angle that facilitates fluid graceful movement.
- Rapid Setting/Adjusting the
vertical height of the motor/arm.
- The primary reason to select
the Electric Motor MX-7 would be "brute power", our
Electric Motor has the power to mill cases that require
extensive metal removal i.e., Implant/Denture bars, etc. Our
electric motor has high torque from 5,000 to 20,000 RPM.
- Additionally with the ever
increasing use of implants comes a need to drill precision
holes in predetermined locations at exacting angles in
Stents & Surgical Templates.
|
| |
|
The MX-7 (Electric)
features a powerful motor that produces high torque at low RPM
that prevents the plastic (stent /surgical template) from
overheating and causing inaccurate hole size. The motor comes
with collets that allow it to accept friction grip,
lab-handpiece, 3.mm, and Ferraro burs (collets provide greater
accuracy than 3 jaw chuck).
The Air and Electric
motor arm assembly are interchangeable and can be
purchased separate, allowing the user to switch between the two. |
|
Additional reasons would be the
ease that you can perform "On the fly milling" i.e., raising and
lowering the motor/bur as you are milling side to side,
facilitating
simultaneous vertical/horizontal milling
this allows you to mill a
shelf/shoulder that follows the contour of the gum line.

USA#1
Universal
Surveyor Attachment |
|
 |
| |
|
 |
The USA#1 was designed for the
laboratory that has an occasional need for milling and
would like to hold costs down by using their own
surveyor and handpiece. The design approach
utilizes two articulate arms: one arm fastens easily to
your surveyor spindle, the other arm accommodates and
accepts a wide variety of handpieces, including air,
cable, belt, drives and some micro motor handpieces.
(Consult us with your specific requirements).
- A unique feature is its open side: giving it
greater ability to accommodate handpieces that have
a bur release lever.
- Although the articulated arm allows smooth
side to side movement, the unit can be locked in
position for those technicians who prefer to have
the handpiece stationary and guide the model and
tilt platform under the fixed handpiece.
- Belt drive handpiece shown in photo not
included.
- The unit accommodates handpieces up to
1/1/4".
